Business Agents and Managers: Past Business Agents Robert Layne Brother Layne resides in Parkersburg. After serving his Local for thirty years, Brother Layne retired July 1, 1996. Bob became a member of Local 80 in 1966. he served as Secretary on the Apprenticeship Committee and was later appointed the first Coordinator of the Apprenticeship Committee. Bob served on the Executive Board for many years. He was elected to the office of Business Manager in 1982 and he served this office diligently until 1985.
